By using this website or booking services with Villa Productions, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Booking & Payments

A signed agreement and a non-refundable retainer are required to reserve your event date. Remaining balances are due as outlined in your contract or invoice.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

All retainers are non-refundable. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be made in writing. If Villa Productions is unavailable for the new date, the retainer is forfeited.

Creative Style

Villa Productions maintains creative control over the style, editing, and final delivery of all photos and videos. While we welcome inspiration and preferences, final artistic decisions are at our discretion.

Deliverables & Turnaround

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on workload, season, or project scope. Raw footage or unedited images are not provided unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for securing permissions, venue access, and approvals required for photography or videography. Villa Productions is not responsible for missed moments due to delays, restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Copyright & Usage

Villa Productions retains the copyright to all images and videos created. Clients receive a personal-use license for viewing, sharing, and printing. Commercial use requires written permission. We reserve the right to use selected content for portfolio, website, and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed.

Limitation of Liability

In the unlikely event that services cannot be delivered due to unforeseen circumstances, liability is limited to the amount paid. Villa Productions is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

Force Majeure

Villa Productions is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to illness, accidents, natural disasters, or government restrictions.
